RING SIZES:

Feel free to contact me with any questions about ring sizing. Before ordering a ring in my store, please be sure to give me your correct ring size. I use standard ISO ring sizes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ring_size

The best way to get your correct ring size is to have the sizing done at a jewelry store. Most jewelers are happy to measure your ring size for free.

If a ring purchased in my store is not a good fit, please contact me to discuss the situation and I will re-size the ring for you.

Ring sizes can read slightly different on ring measuring tools from different manufacturers; it is a common issue for jewelers, as we all have ring measuring tools from a myriad of different sources.

If at all possible, it is very helpful if you can ask the jeweler who measures your size to give you the ring size AND the inner diameter of your ring size in either millimeters or inches.

This is to assure that you get a well-fitting ring from the start.

CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS:

For Made To Order or Custom Order items, please allow up to 2 weeks production time, depending on time of year and complexity of the piece.

I will send you a shipping notification once your order has shipped.

Price quotes are based on the current precious metals market and are subject to change. Quotes are good for three days, and will be fixed upon confirmation of order.

The quality and amounts of gemstone beads used in each piece also determine pricing.

As every piece of jewelry is hand made, measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

SHIPPING:

The Standard shipping option is shipping via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail w/ tracking and delivery confirmation. Shipping time takes ca. 2-3 days, possibly longer during the Holiday season.

All UNITED STATES packages mailed with USPS Priority Mail usually take 2-3 business days, but depending on your location, delivery of your package can take longer.

According to the US Postal Service, mailings with USPS Priority Mail Express takes 2 business days.

SHIPPING OPTIONs:

If you need Express mailing, please select Priority Mail Express 1-Day at checkout. This option takes 1-2 days (US only) per the United States Postal Service. The shipping rate for Priority Mail Express 1-Day costs from $20.66 to $37.30 depending in your location.

Any overpaid shipping fees will be refunded at time of mailing.

INTERNATIONAL MAILING:

If you prefer International Priority Mail, the shipping rate will cost $23.95 for orders under $600. Please contact me before purchasing your items, so I can change the listing's shipping option and rate.

International shipping rates in all of my listings are for 1st Class Mail.

For international orders over $600, I recommend shipping with International Express Mail with insurance, a track-able mailing service, or with UPS. Please contact me prior to purchase to obtain an exact shipping fee amount.

While international packages usually take about 7-10 days to reach their destination, arrival of your package can vary depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING: The day you receive a shipping notification from me is the day I have shipped your item, however, It can take several days, from the date of mailing, before an international package can be tracked in the Unites States Postal Service tracking system. Detailed tracking information may not be available for some International destinations.

CUSTOMS FEES: Buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees implemented by the Customs agency and/or postal service in the recipient's country. VAT, PO Processing fees and other international customs fees are NOT included in orders placed in my shop.

CUSTOMS DECLARATION: Your package's customs declaration will list the item(s) contained in the shipment at the full purchase value. Please do not ask me to declare a lower purchase amount.

RETURNS:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within the following guidelines:

  • Please contact me within 3 days of delivery; ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

  • NOTE: custom~ or personalized orders and items on sale can not be returned.

  • If returning an item, to assure that the piece doesn't get damaged in the mail, please return it the way I shipped it, in a box, NOT a padded envelope.

Items not returned within these return guidelines will not be refunded.

  • Exchanges of LISTED ITEMS (ready to ship items) are welcomed up to 1 week after purchase, in their original and undamaged condition. You need to contact me within 3 days with your issue so that I know that the item is being returned and why. You must be responsible for return postage before I can issue a refund minus shipping fees, or a credit toward new merchandise.

  • CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS such as custom made rings may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. If your ring turns out to be a wrong fit, I will re-size your ring at no additional charge. Please see the section below as it refers to ring sizes.

  • CUSTOM ORDERS other than rings: There are no returns on custom orders. Unless the custom ordered item(s) is significantly different in materials, look and size from what you ordered, the custom ordered item can not be returned. In some cases, I will accept an exchange for an item/items of similar value, but as custom ordered items are generally created to the buyer's personal measurements, taste and other specifications, I would likely not be able to re-sell it - therefore, I don't accept returns on custom orders.

  • CUSTOM MODIFIED ITEMS cannot be returned. If you would like to have an item modified, please be sure to clearly state the changes you would like to have made.

I don't accept cancellations, however, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I value friendly, professional and fair business conduct; it is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If you find the item just wasn't what you had in mind please contact me regarding an exchange or refund minus shipping costs.

I understand that it can be hard to estimate how a piece of jewelry will look when worn, based on online descriptions and pictures; please be sure to study pictures and descriptions carefully before making your purchase and feel free to contact me with any questions and concerns. 

PAYMENT:

Credit card payments can be made through Paypal, Square (contact me for details) and by personal check.

If you prefer to pay with a credit card, feel free to contact me and I will send you an invoice via Square, payable online by credit card; alternatively, you are welcome to mail me a personal check. Orders will be shipped once I have your cleared payment.

A 8.75% sales tax will be added to CA buyers.

Please pay for your order within 12 hours of purchase. If payment is not received within 12 hours, and I haven't received any communications from you with regard to payment, I will cancel the sale after 24 hours or sooner at my discretion, from the date of purchase. This is to prevent unpaid, sold inventory from being taken out of stock for an extended period of time.

CUSTOM WORK / SPECIAL ORDERS:

A 100% deposit is required for all custom work orders. As larger orders are mostly more intricate, time consuming and may require more valuable materials, I require full payment prior to starting work on an order.

There are no returns on custom orders. Unless the custom ordered item(s) is significantly different in materials, look and size from what you ordered (a highly unlikely scenario), the custom ordered item can not be returned. In some cases, I will accept an exchange for an item/items of similar value, but as custom ordered items are generally created to the buyer's personal measurements, taste and other specifications, I would likely not be able to re-sell it - therefore, I don't accept returns on custom orders.

Custom order and Made To Order turnaround time is calculated from the date of your order, meaning: the date of your purchased custom order listing or listing labeled Made To Order and cleared payment

I take pride in my work, do my best to fill orders in a timely manner and consider it integral to the process to keep my customers updated on their custom order process.

I will not share with any third parties any information related to you and order(s) you place through my web site, except to fulfill and ship your order(s) via your chosen shipping method.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
